How does X39 work?

Benefits of wearing the X39 & Lifewave patches may be felt immediately upon application.

For most, the X39 patch takes time to work, given it is drug & supplement-free. It uses your body’s own heat to activate crystals in the patch. This produces a low level frequency of light which is clinically proven to activate copper peptide in our body, collagen & stem cells. How do I use the patches?

Wear the X39 patch 12 hours on during the day & 12 hours off at night, replacing a new patch each day. You can place it anywhere on your body, but best practices include rotating it on the back of the neck, below your belly button & directly on sites of pain or injury.

You must be consistent with wearing X39 12 hours on & 12 hours off daily. It is essential to drink enough water, aiming to drink at least half your body weight in pounds per day.

Who should not wear X39?

Because X39 is drug & supplement-free & uses the body's innate healing process, there are few contraindications.

Individuals with cancer undergoing chemotherapy should speak with their healthcare team.

Medical questions should be directed to your healthcare team.

Do I have to wear X39 forever?

Rule of thumb to see the full benefits is to wear X39 at 1 month = to the number of years of degeneration.

Example: If 50 years old = wear X39 for 5 months to experience the full benefits.

The length of time you wear it is up to you. At Breaking Through Wellness we recommend to wear X39 daily for 1 year to promote overall health, healing & longevity to gauge the full benefits.

Then, at 1 year, reevaluate a “maintenance mode” of wearing it every other day or a few times per week. When you have an acute injury, high stress life event, a health or fitness challenge, return to daily use.

What if I forget to take it off at night?

Simply stay in your rhythm of wearing it for 12 hours during the day & replace a new patch in the morning. Do not make a habit of this, as it will compromise your results long-term.

Are the patches waterproof?

Yes, for many, the patches will remain on when swimming or exercising.

If it falls off, simply put tape over it to keep it on. This will not compromise results. KT Tape works well!

Any time you place a new patch on, make sure to press down the edges firmly to adhere it to your body.
