Women Runners: How to Use Your Hormones as Your Superpower (Interview)

 

Not all runners are created equal, therefore, not all run programs should be the same.

When Dr. Kat, DPT, PT wanted an expert on the Run With Kat podcast to discuss the differences on how to approach programming for women, she knew who to call!

I was happy to deep dive into her brilliantly curated questions! I also candidly shared my journey as a female runner facing hormone health challenges and why my holistic 1:1 coaching program for recreational runners and active women was created so others do not have to face the same challenges as I did.
