Client Success: Ditching Supplements, HRT, Depression & Diets to Total Body Transformation

 

A huge thank you to the brilliant & bold Stacey, a real Breaking Through Wellness client & valuable member of our Community who visited our podcast to share her perimenopause journey: the ups, downs, shocking truths & how even the best of us can feel lost, frustrated & overwhelmed in this stage of life.

Stacey is not new to health, nutrition or fitness - in fact, she educates others on it for a living! However, when it comes to virtually zero recommendations being designed specific to how our female body *actually* works, especially as hormones change, Stacey knew there HAD to be a better way! And since you are here exploring our BTW blog, I know you do too.

The funny thing is, when many ladies reach out for a free consult or email me excited, knowing they are ready to join our Academy, they often are so composed & strong.

By looking at many of us, you'd never know how much we're struggling with symptoms as hormones change. And since perimenopause is still being treated as something that only hits us in our 50s (News flash: It starts in our 30s!!), with over 35 symptoms being deemed "normal aging" or acceptable, we often feel like this is simply "the way it is."

You may be surprised to hear that Stacey reduced her supplements & ditched HRT after learning how to use whole foods to fuel her best hormones. P.S. Not all of our clients are ditching HRT. There is a time & place for medications, but it is also very powerful when we realize we don't need them :)
