Hi! I'm Louise, a mom, Army spouse, world-leading exercise physiologist, scientist & women's integrative health practitioner.

Despite a 21-year career helping 1,000s in pro sports, holistic health & performance research, clinical practice, expert insights for Today Show, Runner's World & award-winning program design, I faced my own horrific journey breaking through health, hormone, fitness & running setbacks.
